of course, he is a law professor at the University of Tennesse and is married with a daughter, and has recently published a fairly well-received book - perhaps he just knows how to budget his time better than the rest of us. . .

Oh, I think posting every ten minutes goes well beyond budgeting time effectively. I think we usually call that kind of thing obsessiveness! :^)
I hope his blogging somehow moves people to better the working conditions in Tennesse. Ten. seems to be the new India for outsourcing. Those people will work for pennies. Explains why he has so much time on his hands anyway.
